Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: Every item at Plaid Pine Designs is handmade to order with your customizable options so unfortunately we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. With anything faulty we offer to fix your item at our full expense and send back, priority shipping, with a perfect replacement.

All items must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition with exemptions to faulty items.

Q: Why are your products higher priced?

Each Plaid Pine Designs item is made by hand from start to finish. Not only is this extremely time consuming, but expensive. All items are made using a Certified Organic Cotton, the designs are digitally printed using water-based inks. Unlike conventional printing, digital printing uses very little waste of fabric, ink, water, or electricity. No added chemicals are used in the printing or preparation process and this is expensive and high quality.

Q: Why does it take 3-4 weeks to create and send my custom order?

Not every order will take 3-4 weeks. Some custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks because every item is cut, sewn, pressed and tagged by hand. I also make some of my most popular products to have in stock and ready to go, so turnaround time may be much shorter.
